1. Update Your 'Projects' Section
Did you build anything in 2025? Add it. Remove that 'Library Management System' you built in your first year. Replace it with your latest Capstone project or internship work.
2. Quantify Your Achievements
Look at your bullet points. Do they say 'Worked on a website'? Change it to 'Optimized website load speed by 20% using lazy loading'. Numbers catch the recruiter's eye.
3. Check Your Links
Click every link on your PDF resume. Does your GitHub link work? Is your LinkedIn profile updated? Broken links are an instant rejection.
4. Skill Pruning
Remove technologies you barely know. If you listed 'C++' but can't reverse a linked list in it, take it off. It is better to list 3 strong skills than 10 weak ones.
